I have been suffering with these conditions for 3 to 4 years. For all this time I have struggled to get going in the mornings. In the past I have tried medications and massage. I found out about Ceragem from my brother. After only a couple of weeks there was a slight improvement in my lower back and I had less acid reflux. I have been using Ceragem for 8 weeks now and I come twice a week.

I damaged my shoulder at work and couldn’t even lift a carrier bag. My back, shoulder, and legs used to give me so much pain.  It was really bad I couldn’t walk properly. I used painkillers, Ralgex spray, and Radox in the bath. I even went for acupuncture but it didn’t help.

I passed by the window and spoke to customers.  I was expecting a massage when I first used the Ceragem Master. I came every day because it helped my muscles and my body felt lighter. Ceragem also helped me to sleep better and I now have more energy and I exercise.

I have been using Ceragem 4 times a week for some months now. I am happier now because I have no pain and can do more jobs at home. I will try to come everyday because I know it is good for me.

Before I started using Ceragem, I had to sit down after everything I did because I was in so much pain and hardly any energy. I came across Ceragem by walking passed one day. I wondered what was going on and I asked a lady outside the Ceragem Centre.  She told me that it was doing a lot of good for lots of people.  I thought well all these people can’t be wrong - it was so busy with people.

A couple of days after using Ceragem my shoulders stopped hurting so much.  The pain in both shoulders and my back started getting better. The pain did get worse before it got better. I have been using Ceragem for five and half months now, 5 times a week.

For those people who are using Ceragem, please be patient because it might take time. For those people who don’t use Ceragem try it and see and keep on trying. It helped me and it's helping lots of other people.
