Many years of nursing, lifting all the time left me with awful back pain. I’ve been suffering with it for over 20 years. I had several injections at the hospital to ease the pain but after 3 months it was back to square one. I used to take two 500mg paracetamol three or four times a day for pain. I’ve also had high cholesterol for many years. I felt low sometimes in the mornings because ill health got on top of me.

 I first started using Ceragem in January 2009.  A friend encouraged me to try it. The first time I had a Ceragem session I wanted to get off it was so painful but with encouragement and understanding that it would help I decided to persevere. Julie stayed with me for the whole 40 minutes. I now realise that it was the condition of my spine that caused the pain during that first session.

When I got off I still wasn’t happy in myself but the following day I went back because friends said to continue coming. I am so pleased I did because the pain gradually eased with each session.  In fact now during a session I can relax and even fall asleep. I use Ceragem 5 times a week.  I have built it into my routine. Ceragem is my tonic.

What has Ceragem done for me? My back is marvellous,  I don’t take any more painkillers now and I have been discharged from hospital. I took one of the Ceragem leaflets to the hospital and it’s been put on my hospital records.  They said at the hospital that I could go back if I needed to but there has been no need.  I went for a blood test for cholesterol and it is down from 8 to 4 so it's normal now. I have also lost a stone in weight which I'm happy about. It’s happened gradually and I’ve found I am not picking at food any more like I used to.

Another thing happened that made me worry at the time . One side of my jaw became swollen and there was no pain. I went for a CT scan and they said there was nothing there. I used the jade projector on my face and now the swelling has gone. I know now that it was a healing reaction. It happens when your kidneys are improving.

Ceragem UK in Preston is a good place to be. Everyone’s happy, it’s a togetherness. Everyone feels welcome and you can have a laugh.

Another great thing is that I used to have a gardener because my back used to be so bad. Now I do it myself and it brings me great joy. Recently I spent 4 hours gardening. I would never have imagined being able to do that before Ceragem.

I used to take many medicines, approximately 15-20 tablets each day.

My health was getting worse and worse.  I lost so much weight and went from 14 stone to 7 stone.

I was very worried about it and when I saw my kidney specialist he said that my kidney function was so poor that I would have to go on dialysis. I went to the hospital to have a cannula fitted in preparation for dialysis.

I really did not want to go on dialysis.  I felt like it would be a prison for me.

I had used Ceragem on and off for sometime.  I wasn’t sure that it would help me, it seemed too simple.

I was desperate.  I didn’t know what to do.  I soon came to realise that my health was so poor that I needed to do something quick. I chose Ceragem.

Because in the Centre you can use for free once a day, I decided to buy my own Ceragem bed to use at home so that I could use it more.

I started using it 2 or 3 times each day and I use the Goodle Mat on my bed all night. Within 3 months of using my own Ceragem bed, my appetite got better and I am happy to say I am now 10 stone, my diabetes is better, and my kidney specialist said that my kidney function has improved a lot.  There is no sign of dialysis now. I also have arthritis and it is helping with the pain.

I am very happy I took a Ceragem bed home because once a day is not enough for me and my conditions.

My family also use our Ceragem bed a lot; my wife, eldest son and wife, youngest son, grandchildren use it too.

My ears would bleed and produce puss and my hearing was impaired.  I also had migraines and a frozen shoulder, ometimes I couldn’t even move it which made me worry.  I used to have so much pain tin my leg because of a blood clot that I couldn’t even walk without tying a cloth around my thigh to ease the pain.  All this made me depressed.

I live in Pakistan and come to the UK to visit every year.  My sister told me about CERAGEM she has problems with her knees and legs.   Now after using CERAGEM my sister has no more leg pain.

I have been using CERAGEM for 5 months last year and 3 months this year.  I use CERAGEM every day in the Centre in Preston.

In 2004 realised that playing tennis was all I wanted to do, so in my summer holidays I played every single day. At the end of July that year, not long after my 13^th birthday, my shoulder started to get pain in it every time I hit the ball, but I was determined to carry on through the pain. My summer holidays ended, and the pain subsided, so when my school asked me to trial for Lancashire hockey I was over the moon.

In my earlier years I was a keen sportswoman, playing mainly tennis and hockey at a serious level. In 2004 realised that playing tennis was all I wanted to do, so in my summer holidays I played every single day. At the end of July that year, not long after my 13^th birthday, my shoulder started to get pain in it every time I hit the ball, but I was determined to carry on through the pain. My summer holidays ended, and the pain subsided, so when my school asked me to trial for Lancashire hockey I was over the moon.

In the first training session I had with Lancashire under 15s I went to take a shot at goal and my shoulder was in the most horrific pain imaginable to me. I went off the pitch and sat with the first aider, my shoulder had partially dislocated but then gone back into place, in the meantime trapping my muscles in the wrong place. I went straight to the hospital. They put me in a sling and gave me medication. They referred me to a physio which I attended many times.

 After a while, I realised that physiotherapy wasn’t working so I tried a chiropractor but again, I had no luck. The thought of having to give up my place at Lancashire hockey made me really sad, but I knew I had to make myself better before I carried on. With this determination to get better, my doctor decided that I should see a shoulder specialist. After the journey to Manchester to see him, he told me that he couldn’t help me, but referred me to a shoulder physio in Liverpool, so I went twice a week for three months. A year later, I went back to see the shoulder specialist who then told me that I have a problem that can’t be treated

The pain became unbearable and sitting at a desk at school made the pain even worse. I had a constant throbbing pain all down my arm and in my hand due to the nerve damage, and the dull aching pain in my shoulder was horrible. After trying acupuncture, chiropractors, physios and surgeons, I gave up and lost hope. By the time I started sixth form in 2007 I had accepted that I would never be on the tennis court or hockey pitch again. I was living with constant pain, but there are people far worse off than me, so I tried to deal with it

At the beginning of 2009 I came to Ceragem Preston, and after using the thermal chiropractic massage beds for four months I started to notice that the pain was easing and the constant throbbing became less regular. I carried on using the beds and by June 2009 my shoulder was almost free from pain and the range of movement was better that it had been for years.

I am now 19 years old and home from university for the summer, which means I am able to use Ceragem more regularly, so the pain has now completely gone and I am shocked that the solution to my problem was as simple as Ceragem after running around the North West of England for 4 years.  Even though I very rarely have shoulder pain now, I still use Ceragem to try to ensure that it doesn’t come back and I am aiming to be back on the tennis court next month after six years of being injured. I also continue to use Ceragem to help raise my energy levels and help me to get a good night’s sleep, along with keeping my blood circulating properly and my organs healthy.

  I always recommend Ceragem to anybody that mentions pain to me, because I have first hand evidence that these beds are amazing! Ceragem has helped me and it will help you too, these beds can help everybody, even young people - just be patient because healing can take time.
