A friend of mine who was already using Ceragem told me about it. I was expecting it to be more strict and thought there would be a fee. I was very impressed with the relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff.

I have been suffering with a frozen shoulder for about 30 years intermittently. I am a keen DIY and I found it very difficult to do some things. I have had physiotherapy a few times.

I started using Ceragem as a last resort or I may have needed an operation. I have been using Ceragem now for 4 months and I come twice a week. I am having no problems at all now with my shoulder. I have more energy and am motivated to do more.

I try to talk everyone into using Ceragem and tell anyone that is using Ceragem not to give up as I am sure that long term it is very beneficial. I will carry on using Ceragem at least twice a week.
