Health issues: Post natal depression, back problems

I have had post-natal depression for almost 3 years. I have tried everything including antidepressants, homeopathic medication, and acupuncture.

Acupuncture was good but could only have it once a week because it was so expensive. The effects only lasted a while and then it would come back.

Counselling didn’t work. NLP therapy I found good and have been using it for 2 years now every few months.

I used to get panic attacks. I used to think life wasn’t worth it. I used to have suicidal thoughts and said to my husband how can I live with this? My husband is very helpful and I have no problems at home.

There was no obvious reason for my illness apart from hormonal following the birth of my child. I had a long labour with complications etc which also left me with back problems following a C-section under epidural.

A neighbour told me about Ceragem so I decided to give it a try. I wasn’t sure it would work but I thought well it’s a good back massage anyway.

I didn’t realise at the time how good it would be. The atmosphere was good as well – just like being at home.

I have been using Ceragem for 2 months now and I try to have Ceragem treatments every day. I have to make an effort to use it.

I started seeing calmness in mood and body and when I didn’t use I would feel the difference. My general health has improved and my mental wellbeing.

My back is much better. I am more positive, more focused and more able to cope with stressful situations.

I am even eating better and sleeping better. My family are very happy.

The balance in my body is there now and I am going to continue using Ceragem. We are grateful that we have the Ceragem Centre here in Preston. I plan to start saving up for my own bed.
