Health issues: Knee pain, back pain, asthma

I have been suffering from knee pain for 6 weeks due to a fall.  I was limping because of my damaged knee.  I have had difficulty sleeping and worried about maybe having an operation.

I came to Ceragem before for 6 months to help with my breathing. It is much better. I stopped coming to Ceragem after 6 months.

It was painful when I first came back.  I have been using Ceragem 5 times a week for 3 weeks now.  My knee felt worse and an old back problem seemed to come back for a couple of days.

I continued to come because I feel my body needs it.  My back and knee are 99% better and my sense of wellbeing has improved 100%.

I intend to come at least 3 times a week and to keep it up this time.
