Health issues: Asthma & Emphysema.

I have been suffering with asthma and emphysema for the last five years.  The condition I suffer with is difficult with what treatment or therapies I can use.  I go swimming but in winter time I have to be careful because of the cold weather I soon get chest infections. 

I found out about Ceragem from a friend who also comes to the Centre.  I did not know what to expect when I first went to the Centre.  When I went on the bed for the first time I thought this is torture - I will give it a go but I don’t think I will be coming back. I did come back and I have been coming every day since May.  I got my brother to come also some friends and they also go most days to Ceragem.

I have now been using Ceragem every day for five months. This last five months I have found a big improvement in myself. I don’t get as breathless I can also walk further without getting out of breath.  I believe the heat from the bed has made a big difference to me.

My main concern would be if Ceragem had to move away from Preston.

I would like to say to Julie and everyone at Ceragem a big thank you for making my life better all the people who use Ceragem and for those who don’t use Ceragem they’re missing out.

My plans for the future to keep coming to Ceragem because not only does it help with your health, everyone at Ceragem is so friendly and it’s a lovely atmosphere.
