Health issues: Depression and tension since 17 years old. Low energy.

I have been suffering with depression and tension since I was 17 years old. I have relied on medicines and talking therapy. My condition meant that I became lonely after my sister went to University.

My relatives told me about Ceragem. The first time I went I thought I was going to have a pain free massage.  I felt a little bit scared and apprehensive. I wondered “Will I get better?”

I have been using Ceragem for 4 weeks now and I feel relaxed and I enjoy the massage.  I have more energy and am not sleeping in the afternoon. My mood has lifted and I don’t feel as stiff.  I feel positive and relaxed.

I want to keep on coming and enjoy the sessions. I want to continue to use Ceragem for as long as I can and as long as it is available in Preston.  It has become part of my daily routine to attend a session and above all I enjoy it and would certainly recommend it to others.
