Health issues: Lower back & neck pain and frozen shoulder for nearly 4 years.

In the past I have had lots of medical treatment and physiotherapy. The pain made it difficult to walk and to go up stairs. A friend told me about Ceragem and I thought it may be helpful in my problem.
