I am walking much better and am more energised
Health issues: Severe hip pain
I have had problems with my hip for two and a half years. It was too painful to get into the bath and to pray Namaz properly. For 6 months, I have tried acupuncture, physiotherapy and medication. I was worried because I thought I could end up in a wheelchair, not able to walk.
A lovely friend who comes to Ceragem gave me a leaflet. Because I couldn’t pray Namaz my friend encouraged me to go to Ceragem.
The staff are so nice and welcoming and friendly lovely people, kind to all of us. It was amazing - the pain went after the first session!
I can now do things by myself. I have had 4 sessions now. My health is better. I am walking much better and am more energised. I have no pain and I am not taking any medication. I feel like a young girl.
I intend to keep coming to Ceragem and to keep telling people how my health has improved and encourage them to come to Ceragem.
Please come to Ceragem to be more healthy and more happy. Some may take longer but keep coming.
