Health issues: Back pain, knee pain, headaches

I hurt my back at work and had terrible back pain for 2 to 3 months.  I asked so many people about who I could see to make me better. They said go to Southport or Chorley but I can’t drive so it was too far for me to go.

I have had constant headaches for about 8 years due to the menopause. I went to the doctors many times and the doctor said it’s because I’m getting old.

One day I was passing the Ceragem Centre in Preston and saw lots of people and balloons because they were celebrating the first birthday.

I was really scared because I didn’t know anyone. I spoke to Julie and she stayed with me and supported me the first time I tried Ceragem.

The first time was painful and I thought, “This is not for me” but I thought, “I want to get better” so I didn’t give up.

I work full time so I can only get to the Centre 3 or 4 times a week.

After a couple of months, the headaches got better and I had no pain in my leg and no pain in my back.  I can bend now and I couldn’t before.

Four months ago, I bought a Ceragem Compact because I can’t make it to the Centre as much as I want to.

Every night when I get home at 10pm I use my Compact to keep well. My son is now using it too. He goes to the gym and has pain in his back sometimes.

I use my Compact whenever I want  and am really pleased I bought it.

I don’t take tablets any more. I used to take painkillers twice a day.  I feel great now thank you.

I thought I’d never make it working until 60 or 65 because I was in too much pain but now I want to work more. People say to me now don’t work too hard but I’ve got more energy.
