Health issues: Lower and upper back pain

I have been suffering for 12 years with back pain.  I have tried all sorts, physiotherapy (not helped me) , swimming (just felt tired), gym (cross trainer didn’t get rid of it).

In 2008 I had chiropractic for 3 months.  The chiropractor said there was something wrong with my pelvis and lumbar.  I paid £24 for 25-30 minutes.

I had acupuncture which cost me £20 for 30 minutes.  I also had Chinese massage. 

I had constant pain and the doctor arranged for treatment with an osteopath for 3 months who said my spine is curved.

I waited 3 months for a scan but it was cancelled the day before.  They said they would be in touch but no one has been in touch since.

I am a chef and I stand most of the time so I have to put my pain at the back of my mind but it made me stressed.

I made up my mind to start using Ceragem again.

When I first started using Ceragem, it was painful but felt like it was doing good manipulation. I used Ceragem on and off for about 5 months. During that time it didn’t ease the pain but I felt good after.

I have now been using Ceragem regularly for two months. I use Ceragem at least 2 or 3 times each week.

The pain was so bad and I listened to other testimonies and stuck at it.  Now the pain is not as bad as before.  Ceragem is working!

What changes have I experienced?  The pain has reduced and stretching is okay now. For a couple of weeks we had the opportunity to try special treatments like people can when they have one at home.  The special treatment helped a lot because I could focus on the area of my back that gives me problems.

I have realised that if you keep coming regularly then it will be much better. I feel the difference when I leave it a few days.

You can’t have a quick fix.  You have to make time to allow yourself to heal.  Keep motivated and have hope and look at testimonies from other people.

For people who haven’t used Ceragem yet, the first time may hurt but with everything like this pain eases and you’ll feel the difference.  Don’t let the first time make you stop because that’s not the way it works.

Ceragem keeps you healthy and refreshed every day.  I hope to manage to come here to Ceragem and when I have the money I will buy it. It is well worth it.
