Health issues: Back pain, headache, arthritis, stress

I have been suffering with back pain and headache for 2 years.  I think stress and worry caused these problems.  I couldn’t do anything.  I felt helpless and had to give up my job.  I felt tired and just wanted to sleep all the time.  I used to take 8 painkillers every day and use a hot water bottle all the time.

I had private physiotherapy which cost me £25 for half an hour.  I went a few times but there was no real improvement and I couldn’t afford to keep going. 

I was visiting the doctor every week.  The doctor was getting fed up with me and I was getting fed up with giving blood.

A support worker brought me to Ceragem.  The first time I was in so much pain.  Pravina and Jenab had to move the roller manually first few times.  I wanted to cry.  I felt pain after the first session and it was 2 weeks before I could use the Auto setting.

I started coming 2 days a week and felt a bit better.  Then 3 weeks ago I decided to try coming every day.  After just 3 weeks, coming every day, I felt 60% better, my back and head feel better and I am sleeping better.

In the beginning, my children encouraged me to come to Ceragem but now I want to come because I feel so good.

I want to look after my children better and be stronger and with good health I can do this.
