When I was younger I was very athletic. A couple of years ago I thought, “I’m limping. I’m old” and I couldn’t find a way back to the stamina I once had.  I had lived with pain in my left hip, lower back and neck, and trapped nerves in my arms for nearly 5 years. I had also been diagnosed with spondylosis and hyperparathyroidism. I walked past one day and saw lots of beds. I wondered what was going on so I came in to the Ceragem Centre.

I had been feeling very negative and lethargic for about 6-7 years. I had had a very busy demanding life due to caring for my son through his ill health. In fact all my life I’ve been caring for others.

I think stress with no respite led to my health problems. I also buried all my family within the space of 5 years.  I have always been a strong person and always bounced back but I was finding it increasingly difficult to bounce back as time went by.

I came twice to Ceragem after which I developed shingles. I didn’t go back again. I bought a massage pad for £200 and it was rubbish. It did nothing at all. One day I was limping through town and I remembered Ceragem. I went twice again and had a mass appendix. My immune system was low and I had to see an immunologist (3 years ago). They gave me tablets and when I stopped I got thrush.  I felt that my system was breaking down.

When I first used Ceragem it was physically very uncomfortable. It was horrible. Now I feel comfy, peaceful and can even fall asleep.  I have been using Ceragem for over a year now. I come regularly; every day as much as I can. There have been so many benefits to my health. My hip is better and I can walk more. My neck is a lot better and my posture. I sleep better.  I am a lot happier. My energy levels are higher. I am still going through the menopause but am gradually coming off HRT and the bed is helping with that. I feel more youthful, more relaxed and stronger. I used to be impatient and angry but now I feel more easy-going.  I have even changed my diet and am eating healthier.

It is helping physically and it is helping psychologically.  Ceragem is great physically but also very important that it’s balanced my emotions as well.  Experiences on the bed have been very cathartic. There is a cleansing and lifting. Being able to talk and feel safe made me relax more. It has helped me to overcome my shyness.

I have had healing reactions along the way. I used to suffer with constipation and recently I went from one extreme to another. I went for a colonoscopy and everything is okay. Hyperparathyroidism also occurred and has now balanced out.  The way I see it is that things laying dormant, caused by stress, were brought to the surface and dealt with by Ceragem; as if it pushed everything out.

The more I’ve continued to use Ceragem the more the benefits I’ve experienced.

It might sound odd but it’s been a life-changing experience.
