Health issues: Stroke 3 years ago affecting left side.

I had a stroke 3 years ago which made my left side very stiff. I have paid for acupuncture and massage but they didn’t help. When I first saw the Ceragem Centre I thought it was something from the NHS but it isn’t. When I first came I struggled to open the door to the Centre but now I find it a lot easier.      

I now feel more relaxed and less stiff.  The whole of my left side feels looser and free.  Ceragem also motivates me to get out of the house and to meet people.

I will keep using Ceragem to improve my health and to tell others how good it is. Thank you for your help.
