Health issues: Sciatica, arthritis, upper back and arthritis in knees.

When I was 16 I fell off the back of motorbike going at speed which I think has led to some of my problems.  Then a few years ago I fell downstairs. I had previously tried many treatments and therapies including acupuncture, massages, injections, morphine patches, painkillers and sleeping tablets. None of which worked well. I used to take 11 tablets each day: 8 painkillers, 2 anti-inflammatory and 1 sleeping tablet. Now I don’t take any.

When I had blood tests the doctors thought that I was a drinker (I don’t drink alcohol). They asked me because my liver function was so low.  This was because of all the tablets I had been taking.

Before using Ceragem I had been suffering for 3 years with sciatica, upper back pain and knee pain. I was depressed because I was in so much pain. I couldn’t do much or walk far. I wasn’t sleeping well because of the pain so I was irritable. 

I first heard about the Ceragem centre in Preston through friends. I was expecting it to just to be a massage bed. What I learnt was the beds were much more and designed to improve all areas of my health.

I like the Centre, as it is light and airy. The staff are very friendly and you are given a lot of information.

Ceragem coming to Preston is the best thing that’s ever happened.

I have been using the Ceragem for 12 months now every day. Since using the beds my arthritis problems and my sciatica have improved dramatically. I feel more active, have more energy and generally feel better in myself. I’m not irritable because I’m sleeping better. I’ve had arthritis in my knees for many years. I couldn’t get up from kneeling on the floor but I can now.

I love using the Goodle Mat and Ceragem bed at home.  I use the Ceragem bed 3 times a day and the Goodle Mat is brilliant!

I’d like to tell people already using the centre to carry on coming every day is best, and never get disheartened. It really works but can take time.

I love swimming and thought I would never be able to swim again, but with the help of Ceragem I’m looking forward to swimming again!
