Health issues: Menstrual cycle, tiredness

I have always had very heavy, painful and irregular periods since the age of 13. I had a period every 2 to 3 months and would be bedridden each time.  It stopped me doing things and made me very self-conscious.

I also started getting a rash on my feet and my hair started falling out.

I tried all sorts of things; massages, reflexology, oils.  Nothing worked and the doctor kept saying its normal.

One day I decided to start being healthier, exercising and eating well, drinking more water, and de-stressing and although I felt better it didn’t help with my periods.

I went for cupping at Elements in Blackburn to detox and get advice.  Nargis helped me by telling me about Ceragem.  She emphasized that I should go to Ceragem.

I found my first session relaxing and I was told it will get better, just give it time.

Now for the first time in my whole life my period came exactly one month after the last one!  I am so excited and feel so lucky to be introduced to Ceragem and to have treatment.
