Health issues: Raynauds disease, endometriosis, arthritis in ankles, knees, back, wrists, elbows, fingers and neck. Always tired and lifeless.

Hi my name is Tracy. I started attending Ceragem in February 2010 when it was situated in the guild hall centre. I was very fortunate to have two nice caring friends called Mr and Mrs Abrah who told me about Ceragem.

When I first came to Ceragem I was a mess I was in ffso much pain I don't know where to begin. I have 3 main problems which are raynauds disease, endometriosis, and arthritis.f

With raynauds my hands, feet and whole body is freezing.  With endometriosis I had a very severe amount of pain in the groin area and raidiating right down my legs to my toes. With arthritis I had very painful joints and I mean every single joint in my body which also caused throbbing from my fingers right up to the top of my arms.

Prior to this I had been out of work for 1 year and in hospital for 3 months. I also had a very bad virus on top of all this. I had also suffered a couple of previous years before this a torn muscle in my groin area which re-occured 3 times.  In the hospital obviously I was given plenty medication which included morphine and steroids.  

When I first started coming I noticed my urine was a very dark orange. I have since been told that it was due to the toxins caused by the medications. I also had acid reflux, constipation, and very prone to colds. I was also very tired and lifeless.  When I came the first day to Ceragem, everyone was very friendly and welcoming and the thing I liked the most was they didn't doubt my illnesses.  The first session was okay but hurt my back a little but I noticed I had a bit more energy.  After a week I noticed more energy that meant I could stay awake rather than dropping asleep all the time.  After a month my wrist pain was down to minimal, my constipation and acid reflux was gone.

By April the healing reactions started happening which included rashes, blisters, and itching all over my body. My healing reactions were only this bad because of the amount of illnesses I have, not everybody goes through this. By the end of April these  healing reactions had calmed down but tiredness had returned and my urine was smelly due to more toxins being released. At this time my elbows were getting better.

By the middle of May the endometriosis was calming down, wrists fantastic, joint pain improving, throbbing in shoulders improved, appetite returned and blood circulation slightly improved.

It's December now and I've got lots of tiredness which I believe is my body's way of telling me not to do too much so that more healing can take place.

I am  very very happy right now everybody can tell a big difference in me compared to when I first came.  I'm happy because I realise thanks to Ceragem beds it has given me a second chance in life, I guess my life was non-existent before you don't realise until your health is taken away from you that we take it for granted.  Please help other people by telling them about Ceragem I'm sure they would be grateful. We should all do what comes natural to us and show other people we care.

I am now back to work part time my pains are 80% better. I'm a lot happier I feel I'm the luckiest person alive I am so so grateful to Julie and Geoff for bringing Ceragem to Preston and for being so understanding, caring, loving, and attentive that applies to Mum, Jenab, Pravina,Smita, Nissa, and Vicky.

But the biggest thank you of all is to Julie and Geoff for giving me my life back. You are the nicest people I have ever met you deserve a medal for what you have risked to help other people.
