Health issues: Leg cramps

I encountered Ceragem through my friends Stan and Barbara.  I visited their house and saw their Ceragem bed. They told me to try the bed and I liked it.  They asked me to come with them to the Ceragem Centre.  The first time I came I enjoyed it very much - it was really relaxing. 

Before that, I had problems with cramps through the nights and it really helped.  I've been coming three times a week and I haven't had any problems with cramps. So thank you Ceragem, Julie and Geoff and I encourage my friends here to keep coming as it will make a difference. Let's encourage our friends to come to Ceragem.
