Health issues: Severe lumbago and sciatica for 3 years.

In the past I have tried acupuncture, physiotherapy, exercises as recommended, chiropractor, hydrotherapy, and various costly remedies (herbal) and anti-inflammatory pain relief tablets prescribed by GP. I felt my lifestyle had gone down to zero, as I had led a very active life, worked 7 days a week as a carer for elderly people and as support worker for learning disability in a residential place in Preston.

I found out about Ceragem through a friend of mine when I met her in church – she attends Ceragem on a regular basis. When I first visited the Centre I was so pleased and satisfied to have some information and feedback before the sessions started.  All my questions were answered through your talk and demo and how well you explain any aches and pains and benefits achieved from Ceragem. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly.

My main concern is to get better and improvement in my health and wellbeing through Ceragem by attending sessions regularly.  I now use Ceragem 6 days a week.

I was motivated by the benefits of Ceragem sessions for my wellbeing.  My back felt much lighter to have this massage and stimulation to the pressure points through the heat.  Since I’ve had just a few session of Ceragem a long term problem will not fix overnight, I’ve experienced only a slight discomfort in my neck area.

I feel wonderful and much better to have this massage every day, Ceragem is now part of my life.  I am beginning to live again.

My plans for the future are to improve in my health by coming to these sessions regularly and I hope to have a complete pain free life by using Ceragem and share my testimony to people who suffer from any aches and pains.
